He asks Kaysar if the hookah will get you high after smoking for awhile, and Kaysar says yes, you'll get a nicotine high. (note: Will is soooo stoned during this conversation!)
Will's response is absolutely priceless. He (in his best doctor tone) proceeds to explain that we have nicotine receptors in our noses, and nicotine is great to help you sh*t. He says that's why people want a cig in the morning when they wake up. It's because they really want to sh*t!
